1/2 pound spaghetti # 12
1 piece chicken breast
1/4 cup roasted red pepper
1/2 bunch chopped italian parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 table spoon chopped fresh garlic
1/4 pound plain butter
1/2 table spoon chopped shallots
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika spice
salt & black pepper
directions:

directions:
1) marinate the chicken before.
-put the chicken breast in to a bowl and add 1 table spoon of ground garlic, 1/2 tea spoon of red pepper flakes, 1 tea spoon of italian seasoning 1 dash salt, 1 dash black pepper & 1/2 oz olive oil
once you've added everything mix it up and leave it in a container covered with plastic wrap
-put the chicken breast in to a bowl and add 1 table spoon of ground garlic, 1/2 tea spoon of red pepper flakes, 1 tea spoon of italian seasoning 1 dash salt, 1 dash black pepper & 1/2 oz olive oil
once you've added everything mix it up and leave it in a container covered with plastic wrap

in a small bowl add the 1/4 pound butter, 1 table spoon grind garlic, 1/2 tablespoon grind shallots, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika spice, 1 table spoon chopped italian parsley, 1 dash salt & 1 dash black pepper. toss well, then:

in a pasta pot with strainer fill it up with water and wait until the water is boiling.
once the water is hot cook the spaghetti for 11-12 minutes., strain and pour cold water to cool off
strain until is dried, then put olive oil. the olive oil helps the pasta to not get stack or soggy

grill the chicken breast
if you do not have a grill you can use a flat pan to cook the chicken. heat it up the grill or pan with olive oil first then add the marinated chicken breast cook it well. once is cooked let it cool off and slice it, use a container to keep it ready to use. prepare the garlic wine sauce:
-in a flat pan heat it up olive oil and add 1 table spoon of fresh crushed garlic cook until is golden brown add a little bit of salt and black pepper
-once the garlic is browned add 1/2 bottle of white wine any kind you like., boil the wine until reduce a little bit for better quality and flavor. put the wine into a container let it cool off

heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. add cooked chicken breast sliced in small pieces, cook for 1-2 minutes then add the roasted red peppers, add garlic wine sauce, let heat it up the sauce for 1-2 minutes then add spaghetti, garlic butter, chopped italian parsley, parmesan cheese, salt & black pepper. toss it very well Transfer to a large, shallow serving bowl.
top with chopped parsley & parmesan cheese if desired. enjoy
