ingredients:
1 piece bone less chicken breast
1 egg
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 slices of provolone cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt & black pepper
small can italian tomato sauce
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 table spoon blended garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh ground garlic

directions:
prepare the linguini first
-in a pasta pot with strainer fill it up with water and wait until the water is boiling.
-once the water is hot cook the linguini for 11-12 minutes., strain and pour cold water to cool off
-strain until is dried, then put olive oil. the olive oil helps the pasta to not get stack or soggy
-once the linguini is prepared put it into a container.
prepare the marinara sauce
-heat it up olive oil into a pan add 1 table spoon chopped garlic., cook until is golden brown add salt, black pepper & add 1/2 cup white wine once the wine boil and add the tomato sauce, make sure the tomato sauce is blended cook for 1-2 minutes. then place it into a container, is ready to use
turn on the oven 350
prepare the chicken: get a bowl add 1 egg stir then add 1/2 cup light cream, 1 dash salt, 1 dash black pepper, 3 dash parmesan cheese. stir everything together.
into a plate add the 1/2 cup bread crumbs., to bread the chicken first you have to wet the chicken breast using the egg cream sauce that you made then bread it with the bread crumbs.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the breaded chicken breast and cook, turning once, until almost cooked through, about 1 minute per side. then put it into the oven cook for about 5 minutes per side then add a little bit marinara sauce to the top and provolone cheese. let the cheese melt and take it out of the oven
.Heat 1/4 marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the linguini, 1 dash chopped basil, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. stir everything very well and put it in to a bowl then place the chicken on top add more chopped basil if desired. enjoy
