ingredients:
- chicken breast
- red pepper flakes
- italian seasoning
- salt & black pepper
- fresh garlic
- fresh broccoli
- fresh italian parsley
- light cream
- parmesan cheese
- gorgonzola cheese
- fettuccine or spaghetti
- 1) marinate the chicken before.
- -put the chicken breast in to a bowl and add 1 table spoon of ground garlic, 1/2 tea spoon of red pepper flakes, 1 tea spoon of italian seasoning 1 dash salt, 1 dash black pepper & 1/2 oz olive oil
- once you've added everything mix it up and leave it in a container covered it with plastic wrap
- 2) prepare fettuccine or spaghetti:
- -in a pasta pot with strainer fill it up with water and wait until the water is boiling.
- -once the water is hot cook the fettuccine or spaghetti for 11-12 minutes., strain and pour cold water to cool off
- -drain until is dried, then put olive oil. the olive oil helps the pasta to not get stack or soggy
- -once the spaghetti is prepared put it into a container.
- 3) grill the chicken breast
- if you do not have a grill you can use a flat pan to cook the chicken. heat it up the grill or pan with olive oil first then add the marinated chicken breast cook it well. once is cooked let it cool off and slice it, use a container to keep it ready to use.
- 4) boil the broccoli in a pasta pot with strainer
- -once the water is boiling let the broccoli cook for 1-2 minutes then cool it off with iced water and place it into a container to keep it ready to use
- now that you have all these ingredients prepared you can start cooking your chicken broccoli pasta just fallow this direction.
- -heat it up the pan with olive oil, once is hot add the sliced chicken and the precooked broccoli., cook for 1-2 minutes add like one 1/2 cup of light cream depending how much pasta you would like to make., once the sauce is hot add the parmesan & gorgonzola, let the sauce get a little bit tick then add the fettuccine, dash salt, dash black pepper, dash chopped parsley. mix it very well and do not let the sauce dry to much. place it into a bowl and is all done "enjoy"
